Did you know that on average, women earn 76 cents for every dollar men earn in the workplace? Women also on average spend about seven years out of the workforce to raise children. This means that with lower pay and less time in the workforce, women end up with smaller investment portfolios than men. Which leads us to our tip for this week- INVEST MORE. If your employer has a plan, join it and invest the maximum that you can. And, as always, consult with your financial advisor to create a plan that will work for you!
